I have recently commenced a regular VIDEO PODCAST where I chat with various guests about Uke/Music related topics, or indeed, about current events – and play a song or two together.

Would you consider being such a guest?
What is required?
- An ability to chat – obvious, but necessary – else the session would last 2 minutes or less 😉
- Be willing to share a bit about your life journey, especially any music or ukes related history and involvements etc
- Be willing to either play along with or lead a song or two .. singing a bonus (You don’t have to be a Pavarotit! – which is good, cos he is no longer with us)
- You could be a “solo guest,” or one of several in the Session
- Be willing to have a go at something new
There is no cost involved, apart from your time 🙂
The workflow is …
- You receive an email invite, and click to join – this opens your web browser
- We chat a bit about what is to happen
- We start recording and have a good ol’ chat and maybe a playalong
- We finish recording
- Maybe do some basic checking or editing together
- We chat a bit while local files are “uploaded” (maybe 5 minutes)
- I edit the final session and send you a copy to preview
- You can suggest any edits that may be appropriate, such as things you wish you hadn’t said 😉
- I publish the Session to Youtube and send links to our community
